Last Friday during Tiger Time the high school classes were paired with an elementary classroom. They took some time to read and then also completed crafts together. Seeing the students share stories, laugh, and work together was wonderful. HMB students give us a lot to be proud of!

Halloween and fall have been themes in the preschool room. This week, the students have been busy exploring the letter E, triangles, magnets, and washing pumpkins. Now that the pumpkins are VERY clean, they will get to paint and weigh them.

The 4th graders spent the day learning about North Dakota history. They did various hands-on activities while learning about the lines of latitude and longitude, the Lewis and Clark Expedition, and the history of the land and forests of North Dakota. A special thanks to Hank LaBore for spending the day with the 4th graders!

JV Football Schedule Update
Teachers had a busy day during professional development yesterday. We learned about data from students testing and how we can use that to drive instruction in the classroom. We also had a little fun team building in the afternoon. Students ask your teacher about their drawings from Friday!
